Architecting Wellness: Built for the Long Game
About a year ago, I earned certifications in personal training, wellness, and nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The goal wasn’t to chase a new career but rather to learn more about fitness as it had become one of the most stable parts of my life.
After I received those certifications, life threw a lot at me. I moved to a new city, returned to school, advanced my communications career, got engaged, and cared for my grandfather, who eventually passed away. However, what didn’t break during that time when I felt like I was being pulled in many different directions were my habits.
The reason my physical and mental health stayed intact was because of structure. In the era of social media, it’s easy to think that intensity wins, but through lived experience and psychology-based research, it’s clear that simple, repeatable habits win every single time.
That clarity forced a question: If this worked for me during major life change, who else needs this approach?
Moving forward, Architecting Wellness is an exclusive 1:1 personalized and remote health, wellness, and fitness coaching practice for men in their mid-20s – 40s who are navigating adulthood, responsibility, and change. With this program, Built for the Long Game, you will no longer need to rebuild your fitness whenever life throws something at you.
This is not a program that will have you chase your physical peak and ignore other aspects of your life.
This is a program that will leave you feeling like you took care of your health even when you have a day where you drop off your kids at daycare, deal with stressful work meetings, and cook the new recipe your family has been dying to try for weeks.
Habit formation replaces motivation, and “good enough,” sustainable training is emphasized rather than over-optimization. Progress still happens even when there are busy weeks, stress, travel, and transition. Accountability in this program is based on awareness, follow-through, and pattern recognition.
At the end, you will have a better understanding of how to reduce your long term health risk, protect your future self, and build a body that allows you to live your life fully alongside those who matter most.
Coaching is personalized and intentionally limited to 5-10 men to ensure depth and alignment. All coaching is done remotely.
