My wellness journey has been anything but linear—and that’s exactly why I believe in progress over perfection. I created Architecting Wellness to be a space where you can find practical, approachable guidance for improving your fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being no matter where you’re starting from.
Why I Created Architecting Wellness
I know what it’s like to feel intimidated by fitness or unsure where to start. I also know the joy of discovering what your body and mind are capable of when you give yourself permission to grow at your own pace. That’s why I’m here and want to help you:

My Approach
With certifications in personal training, wellness coaching, and nutrition, as well as ongoing graduate coursework in sport psychology, I combine evidence-based practices with real-life experience to create a holistic approach to wellness. My philosophy? Wellness isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about celebrating small wins and making consistent choices that support your overall well-being.
